Cashiers were rude and when asked a simple question, they got ruder.
Savers needs to train their employees better. When questions are asked, they get so rude!

I'd be ashamed to be an employee of Savers if I heard my coworkers speaking like that to anyone! Wow!

I'd rather speak to a person instead of type out my issue or leave a voicemail. I missed their call, so I left a voicemail.

I hope this resolves the issue. I shop at Savers and not the others much because of the positive experiences that I've had with no issues until now. I was told the same thing by 2-3 representatives involving 2-3 trips to do my exchange. Unfortunately the racks were very bare and sparse.

I double checked with the assistant manager, so her name tag says, of the time I had to complete this. She stated 14 days. I've never been told that until now. I also explained that I don't live in town and I'm 45 minutes away.

She didn't seem to care and to me turned a little snippy and rude. I'm not going to just grab anything if I can't use it and the racks were pretty bare.
So I just lose my money because I can't find anything or get there in the supposed "new" time frame? Also, because I live a distance away? How is that fair?

I spend and donate a lot to this store. I hope this can be resolved.

The old lady hegg that ran the self serve cashier area was rude and didn't want to be bothered when I needed help. She should not. Be working with people she should be fired. This is the Brooklyn Ohio store. This happened may siat around 4o'clock
